Hi there,
I’m Christine and I am an AHPRA registered Acupuncturist and Traditional
Chinese Herbal Medicine Practitioner and Herbal Dispenser. I hold a Master of
Applied Science in both Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine from RMIT.
My own work in healthcare and my personal health journey led me to find
Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
I’m passionate about helping others with their health through Acupuncture and
Chinese Herbal Medicine. I have an interest in many areas of health, particularly
Fertility, Preconception care and Pregnancy, Women’s Health, Pain, Autoimmune,
Internal medicine and Mental health. I like to take an integrative approach to
helping clients, utilising blood and pathology testing where required.
I practice a gentle Japanese style of Acupuncture, called Kiiko. All treatments are
based on the diagnosis of the individual and thus unique to each person.

Qualifications:
Jodie has served the Redlands community for over 2 decades as a musculoskeletal therapist, acupuncturist and yoga teacher. Jodie brings together the A-team at RCCM and oversees our clinic management. Jodie is currently studying full time and re-connecting with the natural world in rural NSW.
Wholism, continuity of care and the middle way are among our values.
In our Acupuncture clinic; Natural medicine is Complementary to; and not alternative to western medicine.
We remain within our scope of practice upholding the WHO Guidelines for Traditional Medicine that aims to decentralise health care and build person centred practice.
We are experts in fusing the science and art of the physiological, psychological, biomechanical & spiritual aspects of the human experience. RCCM is founded by our sister company The Movement Prescription. We can provide referrals for integrative and classical rehab techniques including neuro & developmental kinesiology and classical Yoga designed by our clinic founder, to get you moving if you are stuck or calm you down if your mind is too busy.
Our acupuncture clinic aims to be accessible no matter your ability. If you are unsure about access or require extra care for your visit (such as removing clothing or being positioned in an alternative way), we recommend attending your appointment with your carer.
We can also facilitate Telehealth and can work with you and your care team to provide wholistic care.
Our comfortable clinic is equiped for pregnancy acupuncture and acupuncture for birth induction.
Holistic care is not about being "natural". An extreme approach to alternative health can lead to over-obsession and becomes detrimental. Our combined knowledge of ethnopharmacology, emergency medicine and western supplementation gives our clients a sensible, middle way. Prescribed medicines are always triaged with care and pragmatism.
"Written and contemplated whilst on Quandamooka land. We acknowledge country as mother, whose soils feed our body; With respect and reverence to the dusty lands on which our ancestors lie, and wonder to the infinite in which our soul merges"
