1. Parasites/Worms:that may cause gastrointestinal symptoms or diseases.
2. Opportunistic Bacteria: Identification of bacteria that are typically harmless but can cause disease when the host's resistance is low.

HOWEVER PLEASE CONSIDER: Common sense precludes we should START HERE! Not end here! 

This type of comprehensive testing is usually only done after several "routine" investigations are inconclusive. The conventional medicine approach will implement invasive endoscopies and colonoscopies before comprehensive screening. In the end the taxpayer pays more due to the volume of medical and specialist visits (at least $720) and the patient has undergone several tests, taken time off work, been subjected to unnecessary procedures and medications and sometimes misdiagnosis. 

Unfortunately politics decides public health. Presently the status quo =  user pays and this is a more economic model for many.
